New Years Eve Wishlist Outfit

The London Perfume Company and FD Avenue are holding an amazing giveaway, where you can win a mix of goodies by putting together a winning New Years Eve Party outfit!

Though I've seen (and taken part in) many of these challenges before, this one was interesting as it's the first one I've seen really include perfume. So bearing that in mind I took a slightly different approach to usual and chose my perfume first, and the rest of the outfit around that.

The first perfume that sprung to mine is not only one of my all time favourites, but one with a very distinctive look - Jean Paul Gautier's Classique. This is such a beautiful bottle and it evokes a certain sensuality. The London Perfume Company describe this as a 'seductive and daring perfume' and I wanted to capture that in my outfit.

Dress, Bag, Tights, Ring and Nail Polish all from FD Avenue, Perfume from The London Perfume Company

I loved this dress for the perfume as, while not a typical 'seductive' party dress, the figure-hugging style will accentuate any feminine curves in a way that mimics the perfume bottle, and the skull and roses print adds a slightly dangerous edge. The mock-suspender tights seemed like a perfect accompaniment to the mock-corset bottle, with a few splashes of red to provide a more 'daring' element.

Of course, this is nothing like what I actually wore for New Years Eve as I stayed in this year, drinking Baileys in my pyjamas!

The details for entering this competition can all be found here. There's not a lot of time left to enter so  best be quick if you want a chance of winning!

If you have already entered then please leave links to your outfits - I'd love to see what you came up with!
